An answer

I think I have figured out why I am so tired. I think it is the allergy medication I've been taking. I'm going to stop taking it tomorrow and see if it helps!

I have found zyrtec is bad for me. I have to take allegra, but can't drive long distances. Good luck, I know its miserable.
