Testimony

Yesterday Grace bore her testimony in church. It was so cute. For the last few weeks I haven't been letting the kid bring stuff to play with so Grace was really paying attention to what was going on in Sacrament meeting. When the meeting started she said pointing to the podium, "mom, that's where girls cry". Then she asked if she could go up and talk. I asked her what she would say and she said "I don't know". I told her that she had to talk about Jesus. I said that maybe she could say that she knew Jesus loved her. After a couple of people spoke she asked me if it was her turn so we walked up. She grabbed the microphone and said something that didn't make any sense at first, then she said that she loved Heavenly Father because he loved her. It was so sweet and a lot of eyes were tearing up. Her nursery leader said she was bawling and she looked over at her husband and he was crying too. When we sat back down Hunter said "mom, that was so cute". What a sweet girl!
